This is Non-Turnbuckle System according to principle of screwing L&R handed thread lag at the same direction and the both lags will go into the opposite direction,So the cable will be tightened by the R&L handed thread lags without torsion force and dae; The length of cable spanning capability of this kit is the same as other common cable railing kits;  

This cable railing hardware was made of Marin Grade T316-Stainless Steel, and it can be used indoor and outdoor;  

The total length of this lag is 4.1 inch,Length of thread bar is 2 inch,this cable railing lag fit standard 1/8 inch(3.2mm)steel wire rope;and the length of cable is 1 inch shorter than the distance of inner edges of posts which on both sides usually to be recommended;  

This Right&Left hand thread screw lags are connected with cable need by using hydraulic crimper(This item not include),and this item go with a correct size dill bit and a special wrench;  

When you really understand this non-turnbuckle system,you will find the swage turnbuckles and other trivial parts are not necessary in cable railing system,And this system will be more durable and beautiful.  

Notice:  

1,Please stretch the cable tight before you measure and cut it(hanging heavy objects to tighten the cable is one of the method);  

2,Before you connect cable with the screw lags by hydraulic crimper,please make sure the end of cable is inserted into the bottom of lag's tube;  

3,Make sure the hole is perpendicular to the wood post When you install a horizontal railing;  

4,Please turn the R&L handed screw lags into the holes which you have drilled on the both sides of the wood posts at the same time.
