     Preparation Before Use:

 1. Ensure that the remote control has been installed CR2032 button battery, use a coin or a flat-head screwdriver to unscrew the battery cover, install the CR2032 button battery positive electrode onto the battery cover, then put the battery cover into the remote control and tighten the battery cover. 

 2. Insert the USB cable into the mobile power supply or the USB port of the computer (ensure that the voltage is 5V DC), and then insert the Micro plug of the USB cable into the host. When charging, the indicator light is the effect of flash light, and it is green on when full. If the power of the built-in lithium battery is sufficient, proceed to the next step. 

 3. Wear the massager, and the electrode is close to the skin of the waist or abdomen (do not use it on clothes). Insert the left and right buckles tightly, adjust the position of the adjustment buckle, so that the elastic band is not too tight or too loose. 

 Press the power button of the host to start the machine. After startup, the following settings are:

 Remote Control Wakeup Key: Press the remote control wakeup key and the light will turn on.
