   How to use:       1. Fix the massager on the part to be massaged.   

       2. Press the power button to enter the automatic massage (automatically switch between forward and reverse)   

       3. Press the heating switch to select warm massage.   

       4. Press the mode switch button to change the massage mode. There are 5 massage modes to choose from.   

       5. Press the strength switch to change the massage speed of the massage head, and adjust the three levels of strength.
