Foldback & Ripple Heating Element Mounting Kit-NPS
Description:
You can use this part mount your heating elements in your kettle in a safe and professional way. It features a 3-piece design, consists of three parts that screw together and it made of stainless steel.
This part is suitable for single phase 304SS heating elements (straight and ripple versions) with 1"NPT thread and Camco elements with a 1"NPS Thread.
The heating element is not included. Please order one separately.
One the inside, there is a hex nut to hold the element in place. In the housing, there is a small M4 thread hole to ground the enclosure. Because the enclosure is pressed against the kettle, this will ground the entire kettle for safety.
On the back is a threaded hole for an PG16/21 cable gland.
The different cable glands work with different cable diameter.
PG21 Cable Diameter 13 ~ 18mm
PG16 Cable Diameter 10.2 ~ 14mm

For example, If your foot length is 255 mm , you should choose the size 8.
