This covers all costs involved and no need to contact local 4G network providers. To stream live view video from start requires upgrade to supreme package and not included in free trial period.
Easy setup process:

The 5.8CS cloud trail hunting camera sends photos to your TrailCam Ace APP. It will save the large resolution photos on SD card and sends a downsized photo to your cell phone.
