 Common Problems:

 1. How to choose the power supply?

 Board with the power supply is very critical, the selected power supply ripple must be small, ripple power supply will lead to amplifier board bottom noise becomes large, there is a current sound. The higher the voltage, the higher the current, the more output power, if you only 12V 1A, so you can take 3-4 inch speakers. If you are more than 19V 5A, with 8-10 inch no problem, the power supply must pay great attention. If the voltage is too low, the sound amplification is easy to cause sound distortion, if the current is too small to bring up the speaker will pull down the voltage, work improperly or poor sound quality. Recommend the use of 18V19V24V, current 8A or more power supply, or 32V10A or more power supply. If you only have 12V 15V 2A power supply, you can also use but the power is small, the use of volume selection to close to the maximum may be distorted, affecting the sound quality. If you want to get the maximum output power, it is recommended to use more than 36V10A adapter, 1 60W ~ 200W 40 speakers, the volume is adjusted to the maximum.

 2. How to choose the speaker?

 About the speaker type: commonly used speakers are generally 4-8 ohms, can be used. Left and right channel speakers need to be connected to full-range speakers or high-frequency speakers, power between 30W- 200W. Subwoofer speakers can not be connected to ordinary speakers, need to connect the speakers with subwoofer speakers, power between 50- 200W. Subwoofer speaker dive frequency of at least 50Hz.

 If your speaker power is small, such as between 20W-50W is also available, you need to supply a small voltage to prevent the speaker from burning after playing loud, such as choosing a power supply of 15V or less. The higher the voltage you choose, the more sound or power you can output. Speaker power should not exceed 200W, otherwise it will affect the sound quality.

 3. Audio input mode introduction

 This audio amplifier module has three audio input modes: - one is Bluetooth input, - one is AUX audio input, and one is U disk input. Bluetooth mode, if the audio cable or U disk is inserted, it will automatically switch to the audio input mode or U disk input mode, Bluetooth mode has the lowest priority. In the case of already inserted audio cable or USB flash drive, you can also use the dial button to switch the mode.

 4. How to adjust the total volume?

 MAIN-VOLUME knob is to adjust the total volume. The total volume increases with right rotation and decreases with left rotation. The total volume has an effect on the volume of the left and right channels and the subwoofer.

 5. How to adjust the left and right channel high and low sound?

 R&L CHANNEL-BASS knob is to control the bass, right turn the bass enhancement, left turn the bass attenuation. R&L CHANNEL-TREBLE knob is to control the treble, right to enhance the treble, left to decay the treble. When the knob is in the middle position, the treble is not enhanced nor attenuated.

 Note: treble and total volume at the same time to the maximum, easy to cause amplifier protection, the sound stutter.

 The treble down or the right MAIN-VOLUME knob left, so that the total volume is reduced.

 6. How to adjust the subwoofer?

 SUBWOOFER-VOL UME knob is to control the volume of the subwoofer. Turn right to make the volume louder, turn left to make the volume smaller.

 SUBWOOFER-FREQ knob is to control the subwoofer cut-off frequency. The frequency increases with the right knob and decreases with the left knob.  Input power supply power is insufficient, the power supply itself intermittent power failure protection, please replace the power supply with a higher power; or the output power is too large, the amplifier board heat serious, thermal protection, reduce the volume or strengthen the heat dissipation.

 9. What factors are related to the quality of sound?

 The sound quality is not only related to the amplifier module, but also with the power supply, audio sources and the entire audio system. Basically, each link of the audio system will affect the sound quality, the main links are audio transmission lines, audio power supply, tone circuit, amplifier circuit, speakers and the surrounding environment.
