-The circuit with a 12V battery will become an energy storage spot welder for welding nickel sheets (such as lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries). According to different configurations, the thickness can be about 0.1mm-0.15mm.
Function Description:
After powering on, press and hold the switch for 2 seconds to turn on the power
There are 4 modes, press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to switch to the "beep" sound and complete
Level 1: Low power consumption, green light flashes once
2nd gear: medium power, green light flashes twice
Level 3: High power, green light flashes 3 times
4th gear: automatic mode
When the red light is always on, press and hold the switch to turn off the device.
Principle:
As shown in the figure, a high-speed protection system is built in the microcontroller. When the welding current is too large, the ultra-high-speed comparator will instantly turn off the output as shown by the red arrow to achieve the purpose of protecting the welding machine.
Under normal circumstances, this function module will not trigger
Once the protection is triggered, lift the pen to automatically release the protection
