Precautions for installation:    

1. It is recommended to find a professional mechanic for installation,    

2. When installing the product, pay attention to find out the reason why the computer boardwas broken before, so as to avoid burning the computer board again with the same fault    

3. Before installing the computer board, check whether the voltage is normal (about 12V). It is recommended not to install the computer board above 15V. Check whether the circuit is normal and whether the grounding is good, otherwise the computer board may be burned.    

4. After installing the computer board (insert the plug for test run), turn the key to the NO position and switch it back and forth for three or four times before starting.    

5. If the car has anti theft, you need to decode (match) it first, which depends on your car rather than the computer board    

Correct installation method of computer board:    

1. First remove a live wire from the battery cable, then install the computer board (circuit board), and then connect the cable,    

2. After that, turn the car key to NO and do not start the car. Wait 1-2 minutes before ignition,    

3. If the ignition failed the last time, repeat the previous step and try again, or check whether there is dust in the computer board and the computer board plug, if any, clean it with a clean brush, or check whether the pins are neat, so that the computer board is basically OK to install    

Common troubleshooting:    

1 If the fault lamp is on, it indicates that there is a problem with the sensor.    

2 The computer board ECU has been burned repeatedly or the oil cannot be added. Please check whether the generator voltage is normal.    

3 In case of cylinder shortage, check whether the spark plug, ignition wire and fuel injection nozzle are normal.    

4 If the idle speed is unstable, please check whether the idle motor and throttle valve body are normal and have foreign matters.    

5 If it is difficult to start, please check whether the pressure sensor and water temperature sensor are normal.    

6 In case of failure to start, please check whether the crankshaft position sensor Speed Sensor is normal.    

Basic knowledge of circuit board:    

1. Product installation: confirm that the product model and specification are normal, install and fix the new circuit board, connect the harness connector, and turn on the ignitionswitch 3-5 times    

2. Inspection and judgment after installation: whether the idle speed is normal: Hot engine 800-950 rpm, cold engine 1000-1300 rpm; whether the electronic fan is normal: 85. C on, 90. C off; whether the air conditioner is normal: Open the idle speed to 1100-1300 rpm; whether the exhaust gas of the hot engine is normal: Check the pressure sensor if abnormal; if there is idle speed, adjust the ignition angle appropriately if there is insufficient refueling.
