 Effect:

 Installation of Steam Generator:

 1. The steam generator can be installed on the wall or on the ground, but it must be firm. The steam generator should be installed as close to the bathtub or bathroom as possible. Fix the machine on a vertical wall. Loosen the two screws on the cover and take off the cover. There is a hole in the upper left and upper right of the cover for fixing the machine on the wall. Fix the rear cover. In order to provide good maintenance service, the nameplate must be placed in a visible place, and the machine must also be installed in a place convenient for maintenance.

 2. It is strictly forbidden to install the machine outdoors, in damp places with high temperature, or in places that may be frozen or corroded. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to place it near flammable and explosive places such as paint, thinner and gasoline. It shall be placed in a dry and ventilated place.

 3. The steam generator can only be installed horizontally.

 Attention Shall be Paid During Steam Bath:

 1. The equipment cannot be used by the elderly, pregnant women or patients with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes or other unhealthy reasons. It can be carried out only under the guidance of a doctor.

 2. Smoking, sports or drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited during steam bath.

 3. Please exit the steam room immediately when you feel unwell, nauseated or sleepy.

 4. Take care of your children at all times during the steam bath.

 5. It is necessary to install an exhaust fan outside the steam room to circulate air.

 Warning:

 1. If the machine is installed in a place that is difficult for users to access, the water supply valve must be installed in a place that is easy to operate in case of emergency.

 2. The bearing pressure of the solenoid valve is 2Kg/cm2. If the water pressure is too high, the water inlet valve can be turned down or a water inlet pressure reducing valve can be added to avoid damage to the solenoid valve.

 3. Saddle valve or needle valve shall not be used to install on the water inlet pipe. The water pipe shall be dredged and flushed before the final connection.

 4. Blocking valve shall not be installed in the steam pipe. Obstructions or bending of the "U" channel are strictly prohibited. Otherwise, condensate will be generated to block the flow of steam. When the steam pipe is horizontally laid, it shall be inclined to a certain extent so that the condensate can return to the steam generator or flow to the steam nozzle.

 5. The steam generator shall not be installed outdoors to prevent icing inside. It must be installed in a place convenient for maintenance. The machine should be installed horizontally and the arrow direction should be upward, otherwise it cannot be started.

 6. Copper pipe materials must be used for pipe installation, and plastic, acrylic, aluminum plastic pipes or other similar materials are prohibited as steam pipes. The allowable temperature of these materials cannot reach 150 ℃ or higher.

 7. The inlet of steam pipe, all other inlets and gaps shall be sealed to prevent steam from seeping out and damaging the machine and other objects.

 8. Draining the water in the water tank into the steam room may cause scalding accidents and damage the building materials used in the steam room.

 Inspection Terms:

 Before use, please check according to the following terms:

 1. The machine is properly grounded, and the diameter of the grounding wire is greater than 4mm2.

 2. Whether the machine model is properly selected. If not, the matching steam room may not reach the preset temperature.

 3. The connection voltage of steam generator shall be well selected, i.e. 220V or 380V. If the 220V steam generator is connected to the 380V voltage, the electric heating tube and circuit board will be damaged. If the 380V steam generator is connected to the 220V voltage, the power of the machine will be reduced by 25 percents. The connection of the 380V steam generator zero line should not be mistaken, that is, the zero line should not be connected to the phase line. Otherwise, the circuit board and electric heating tube will be damaged.

 4. The steam generator must be installed vertically and horizontally.

 5. Select the cables and circuit breakers with the correct wire numbers.
