ETCR9100C Zinc Oxide Arrester Leakage Tester has unique features of automatic plug function, specially designed and manufactured for high voltage current measurement; use the latest CT technology and integrated mask digital technology; composed of special high voltage detector, wireless receiver and high voltage insulation rods. Wireless transmission can receive the measured data by penetrating storey building barriers or 30 meters. If not use insulated rods, it can also used as high-precision low-voltage clamp meter and leakage current meter, can accurately measure the 0.1mA ~1000A current or leakage current. The integrated design of clamp and lead zone of ETCR9100C Zinc Oxide Arrester Leakage Testerensures uninterrupted year-round high precision, high reliability and high stability test.  

     In general cases, the leakage current of Zinc Oxide Arrester should be less than 500uA. In a running power transmission line, if the leakage current of Zinc Oxide Arrester is higher than 500uA, than the parameter of Zinc Oxide Arrester is un-normal, which can be caused by besmirch, or internal damp, or aging. The bigger the leakage current, the arrester is more un-normal. The leakage current to be a importance reference to the maintenance department to find the power transmission problem, or to check whether an  arrester should be unstalled to under testing in lab or replace, avoid unnecessary replacement.
