          Can it be used with my phone case?

    With OneFit, the FLIR ONE connector can be adjusted up to 4 mm in length. This length fits most cases, so you can kill two birds with one stone while protecting the device without affecting the thermal imaging vision. We didn't test all the cases, but we chose a variety of our favorite styles. After 4mm extension, it cannot be connected through Lifeproof and Otter Box Defender protective sleeves, so an OTG compatible adapter is required (not provided by FLIR).

We regret to inform you that FLIR ONE Generation 1 is not compatible with the latest version of v4.2.0 application dedicated to iOS 13 and above for iPhone 6S and above. However, the first generation of FLIR ONE can be used normally on iPhone 5/5S with iOS 12.5.3
