Useful hints:

1. We suggest that the accessory head be slightly loosened when grinding.If you screw it too tight then it won't allow the shaft to move freely and in my case it will put pressure on your blender motor.

2. To facilitate a stress-free grinding process, you must ensure that your meat is very cold, even partially frozen, and that your accessories are also very cold.To prevent the meat from heating up, it is recommended that you first put the grinder and meat into the freezer for 30 minutes.
