 Operating Instructions:

 1. Please read the manual carefully after getting the product

 2. Short press to turn on, long press to turn off, 6 minutes without any operation will automatically shut down.

 3. Support nickel sheet thickness 0.1-0.2 mm.

 4. After power on, the product is in automatic welding mode, welding once in 1 second.

 5. When the welding head detects contact with metal, it can output once, and then can weld next time after lifting.

 6. Make sure the battery welding surface is free of rust and corrosion and clean and flat.

 7. Make sure the nickel sheet is clean and flat.

 8. Set up the spot welder, press properly to make good contact between the welding needle and nickel sheet, nickel sheet and battery, no overhang and no poor contact, you can weld well. Different nickel sheet thickness, using different gears is not the more power the better the effect, users can try which gear is more suitable.

 9. Using Android phone charger charging, 5V input (higher voltage input is strictly prohibited), charging current 1A, it is recommended to use 5V/2A charger. This product supports charging while using.
