The SV605CC adopts a diagonal 15.968mm (Type 1) CMOS sensor design, with a color square pixel array, each pixel measuring 3.76 μ m x 3.76 μ m. The sensor adopts a 14 bit A/D converter, and the 14 bit digital output can read signals of 9.07 million effective pixels at a high speed of 20 FPS. The readout noise is as low as 1.0e, which is very suitable for highdefinition, lownoise deep space object imaging.

No amplifier emission
Traditional CMOS sensors generate weak infrared light sources during operation, which are common in the corners of uncalibrated images and are a sign of "amplifier emission". Due to the zero amplifier lighting design of IMX533, the SV605CC camera has no amplifier lighting at all, whether it is longterm exposure or high gain, ensuring completely highquality "dark" images.
Cooling system
Thanks to the twostage TEC cooling, SV605CC can lower the temperature of CMOS sensors to 30 degrees Celsius below ambient temperature, greatly reducing the generation of dark current and sensor noise even under longer exposure times.
Suitable for various types of telescopes
1inch square sensor, better matching with telescope imaging, can avoid dark edges caused by uneven sensitivity of rectangular sensors; When imaging, turn on the cooling function to ensure more uniform cooling of the sensor, which can guarantee better cooling effect and achieve higher image quality.
256M DDR3 cache
The SV605CC has a builtin 256MB DDRIII image buffer. The advantage of an image buffer is that when the USB interface is not busy or interrupted, the memory will cache and transfer the image to the computer, so that frames will not be lost or damaged. This buffer also allows slower computers using USB 3.0 to capture every frame without losing it, even if the USB bus is occasionally busy with other peripheral devices. This buffer can also be used to run another camera on the same computer without USB transfer issues from SV605CC.

The SV605CC camera can be used with Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Chrome OS, and Raspberry Pi systems by running AstroDMx Capture.
